It's back to the '60s again on this week's singles' charts, with remakes of three oldies in the Top 10 and one of those songs-Phil Collins' "Groovy Kind of Love"-hanging on for a second week at No. 1.

Still on the rise is Kylie Minogue's new version of "The Loco-Motion," which jumped from No. 10 to No. 7, thanks largely to a big gain in record sales. Slipping but still strong is UB40's reggae update of "Red, Red Wine," which fell to No. 4 on the pop list but is still No. 1 on the crossover chart.

It was a quiet week elsewhere in the Top 20, with just a few songs making significant gains: Bon Jovi's "Bad Medicine" (up from No. 15 to No. 10); U2's "Desire" (from No. 18 to No. 14); and Breathe's "How Can I Fall?" (from No. 22 to No. 17). But farther down in the Top 40, impressive moves were made by Duran Duran's "I Don't Want Your Love" (from No. 38 to No. 27) and Anita Baker's "Giving You the Best That I Got" (from No. 36 to No. 28).
