DEF LEPPARD STORMS TO TOP WITH 'HYSTERIA' AGAIN
[SPORTS FINAL, CN Edition]
Chicago Tribune (pre-1997 Fulltext)
-
Chicago, Ill.
Over on the singles' charts, an interesting battle is shaping up between Peter Cetera and his former band, Chicago. On the adult contemporary list, Cetera's "One Good Woman" this week blasted right by the competition (including Chicago's "I Don't Wanna Live Without Your Love") to grab the No. 1 spot in just its seventh chart week, an unusually fast climb on that list. But on the main pop list, Chicago's "I Don't Wanna" was an instant hit (now No. 5 after peaking at No. 3 last week), while Cetera's "Woman" is just now making a move at No. 17.
