6 IS MAGIC NUMBER FOR CHICAGO
[NORTH SPORTS FINAL, CN Edition]
Chicago Tribune (pre-1997 Fulltext)
-
Chicago, Ill.
Now, a little more than six years later, Chicago has returned with another No. 1 single. This time, it's the power ballad "Look Away," which moved up from No. 2 to end the one-week reign of Will to Power's "Baby, I Love Your Way/Freebird Medley" (now No. 2). And Chicago probably will have another week to enjoy its latest title, because there are few strong challengers in this week's Top 5. The only possibilities: Breathe's "How Can I Fall?", which was No. 1 in record sales this week but could not improve on its No. 3 ranking; and Anita Baker's "Giving You the Best That I Got," which moved from No. 6 to No. 5 (and is currently No. 1 on the adult contemporary list) but is not really within striking distance.
