Abstract (Document Summary)

There's just no stopping Milli Vanilli, which this week scored its second straight chart double by hanging on to the No. 1 spots on both the pop single and pop album lists.

On the LP chart, the duo's "Girl You Know It's True" had no trouble staying ahead of both the New Kids on the Block's "Hangin' Tough" (still No. 2) and Paula Abdul's "Forever Your Girl" (still No. 3). But next week, look for a strong challenge from those red-hot veterans, the Rolling Stones, whose "Steel Wheels" LP zipped from No. 12 to No. 4 in just its third chart week. (It's already in its second week as champ on the compact disk list.)
