Two weeks ago, the hot teen group New Kids on the Block made its mark by scoring a rare chart double-having the No. 1 pop single and No.1 pop album at the same time. Now, another new act has matched that feat. This week, the London-based duo Milli Vanilli also scored a double, thanks largely to the staying power of its debut album, "Girl You Know It's True," which finally moved up to No. 1 after more than six months on the charts. (The New Kids' "Hangin' Tough" slipped to No. 2 after just two weeks as champ.) At the same time, the duo's "Girl I'm Gonna Miss You" single jumped from No. 2 to No. 1 to end the one-week reign of Gloria Estefan's "Don't Wanna Lose You," which dropped all the way to No. 6.
