Abstract (Document Summary)

"It really helps you blow off steam, especially if you're aggravated," Gianette said. And there's a bonus. When they get back from their 1- to 2-mile walk, which takes about 30 minutes, and settle down to lunch at their desks, they aren't as hungry.
