The Banchet Awards, now in their fifth year and named for the legendary chef and founder of Le Francais, also named Michael Carlson of Schwa as its rising chef, Le Bouchon in Bucktown as the best neighborhood restaurant and Designed Cuisine as the year's best catering company.
