Among items repaid by the campaign to [Dianne Wilkerson] were $71.88 in groceries from the Super 88 Supermarket, submarine sandwiches, pizza, taxi rides, a stay at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles and a $60.76 brassiere, the suit states.
[Tom Reilly] and OCPF want Wilkerson to pay the state the following from her personal funds:
OCPF referred the case to Reilly in 2002 after Wilkerson declined to answer the agency's questions. But in the past three years, Wilkerson either could not or would not explain inconsistencies in her account funds, leading to yesterday's suit, officials said.
