IRAQ - American tankers who have been pushing forward hard for days to engage the enemy were outraged to learn that Marines were slaughtered by Iraqi Republican Guard soldiers who were pretending to surrender.
Sgt. David Williams, a Bradley 25mm gunner, said, "It was really messed up. The way I feel, all Iraqi soldiers should go down. Die. Go to hell. Since they made one false move in faking surrender and opening up, they should take all situations as if they are not going to surrender."
