Abstract (Document Summary)

[Robert W. Tulloch] has been charged along with James J. Parker, 16, also of Chelsea, Vt., in the Jan. 27 killings of Dartmouth College professors Half and Susanne Zantop.

Lawyers for both families said that they had cooperated fully with investigators and that none of the parents had any connection with the Zantops. A lawyer for Parker's parents said they had told him that no link existed between James Parker and the Zantops.

Two SOG Seal 2000 knives bearing traces of Susanne Zantop's blood were found in Tulloch's bedroom, according to a police affidavit, and sources said one also had traces of Half Zantop's blood.
