Stockholm-based Astra AB and its US subsidiary yesterday continued to try to clean up the problems associated with a sexual harassment scandal that has rocked all levels of the company. Jan Larsson, the recently installed chief executive of Astra USA Inc. in Westborough, yesterday announced a realignment of his management team and changes to encourage employees to file harassment complaints. The changes at the US company came hours after its Swedish parent fielded a barrage of questions at its annual meeting in Stockholm from stockholders and reporters demanding information about the scandal at its American unit.
