TERMS: Colts play rent-free this year; thereafter, they pay $25,000 a game plus 5 percent ticket tax to county. Colts get first $500,000 from rental of luxury suites. Colts pay for game-day staffing expenses, county for stadium cleanup. County guarantees Colts $7 million in ticket sales for first 12 years and provides practice facilities. County can match any offer to buy club.
TERMS: Bengals pay 10 percent of gross (after taxes and 25 cents- a-head admissions fee) or $200,000 a year, whichever is greater. City keeps parking, Bengals get 23 percent of concessions. Bengals keep ticket revenue from luxury suites, city gets rental income. Bengals pay game-day expenses.
TERMS: Raiders pay Coliseum commission 8 percent of gross (10 percent from playoff games) for first 10 years, after which percentage increases. Raiders and Coliseum split concessions after game-day expenses deducted. State keeps parking revenue. Coliseum gives Raiders $6.7 million in loans and rental credits for first five years. Raiders will build luxury suites and keep revenue.
