HYANNIS PORT - As dawn broke over this seaside village of clapboard cottages and picket fences, somber residents and tourists yesterday flocked to the beachfront estate at the end of Marchant Avenue, where they left roses, flags, a life jacket, even a red-white-and-blue buoy with a sign that read "RIP Teddy." Around the corner, as legions of reporters and cameramen stepped out of their satellite trucks and turned on klieg lights, a garbage man named Emil DeLuze toiled in obscurity, dripping with sweat as he dumped trash cans into a compactor in the back of his truck.
