No parent wants to answer their phone in the middle of the night to find out their son or daughter is dead. Since the death last October of 17-year-old Taylor Meyer following an underage drinking party in Norfolk, authorities in Wrentham, Plainville, and Norfolk have been working together to crack down on teen drinking parties.
