At Denso, a manufacturer of car heating, ventilation and cooling system parts in the Fort Custer Industrial Park, workers on Wednesday were unloading the new machine components that will assemble the next generation of products. Frink said the company has a train-from-within strategy, so applicants who pass the pre-employment screening through Kelly Services and an entry-level assessment through Denso are trained as temporary workers at the plant.
