Abstract (Document Summary)

The warrant charges David A. Czajkowski, 38, of the 3000 block of Bayonne Ave. in Baltimore with a third-degree sex offense. Police said Czajkowski, who had taught at St. Thomas Aquinas School, was tutoring the girl at her home in the county.

In an unrelated incident involving an allegation of illegal sexual conduct by a Catholic high school teacher, the Archdiocese of Baltimore confirmed the firing of a teacher at the Institute of Notre Dame in Baltimore.

Cpl. Deanna L. Chemelli is to be promoted to sergeant and assigned to the Eastern Patrol Division; Cpl. Alan C. Hamby to sergeant and assigned to the Western Patrol Division; Officer Danny E. Goldsmith to corporal and assigned to the White Marsh Precinct; and Officer Peter J. Grippi to corporal and assigned to the Wilkens Precinct. Also, Patricia K. Kirkpatrick will be promoted to forensic services technician.
