Worsley, 38, of Beachwood, is an ex-convict, self-professed former gang member and founder of the Long Branch-based nonprofit group Kingdom Fighters, which he claimed focused on identifying and finding solutions for community problems and helped ex-offenders and at-risk people, according to a report in the the 2010 Asbury Park Press series "Gangs at the Jersey Shore."
