Stevenson has been on parole since his release last year from Northern State Prison in Newark where he was serving a sentence for aggravated manslaughter. Since his release, Stevenson orchestrated and personally sold more than 38 bricks of heroin to undercover police officers during an eight-month investigation, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Peter E. Warshaw Jr.
