STAFF WRITER With a traditionally dismal turnout, voters in Monmouth and Ocean counties overwhelmingly supported proposed fire district budgets on Saturday. Monmouth fire officials in the following towns provided results Sunday from the elections, which were held between 2 and 9 p.m., for seats on the Board of Fire Commissioners and their budgets: MONMOUTH COUNTY ABERDEEN District 1: The two, who will each serve a three-year term on the Board of Fire Commissioners, defeated Michael Ash, who received 126 votes.
