STAFF WRITER With a traditionally dismal turnout, voters in Monmouth and Ocean counties overwhelmingly supported proposed fire district budgets on Saturday. Monmouth fire officials in the following towns provided results Sunday from the elections, which were held between 2 and 9 p.m., for seats on the Board of Fire Commissioners and their budgets: MONMOUTH COUNTY ABERDEEN District 1: The capital project question to approve a mandatory FCC radio system upgrade slated for 2013 at a $60,000 cost applied to the 2012 budget passed 68-5.
