STAR POWER Williamson, head of makeup for the NBC-TV comedy "Jesse," starring Christina Applegate in the title role and Rumson native Jennifer Milmore as Carrie, has been the personal makeup artist to actresses Uma Thurman, Bridget Fonda and Jason Leigh. ON THE MOVE Williamson fell in love with Culture Club guitarist John Fuller and moved to London in 1980, hanging out with singer Boy George ("He did my makeup," said Williamson) and members of the punk rock band X. "I landed in the middle of a lot of fun things," said Williamson, who moved back to LA in 1982, went to makeup school, sold cosmetics and managed a clothing store on Melrose Place.
