A. One eminent psychotherapist says, "Youngsters are tempted. If they have their own complex about their fathers, that runs over to all authority, if they're trying to destroy daddy, they all want to join the 'spit on daddy club.' The one who is most rebellious becomes the leader and we have the crazy situation where the nastiest kid is apt to be leader." Youth who have learned to trust adults and have confidence in themselves are not so vulnerable.
