[Geena Davis] dismisses gossip about how her ex, Jeff Goldblum, paired off with Harlin's ex, Laura Dern. "Both relationships were completely ancient history."

Davis, 37, has been busy. In September she married Finnish director Renny Harlin (Cliffhanger), charming Finland with a holiday visit. It's her third marriage, but she says she still feels like she's on her honeymoon. "Oh, yes!"

Though she has no children of her own, Davis had to do a birth scene. A wary director Martha Coolidge got her a Lamaze coach and had obstetricians and nurses on the set. Davis even saw a live birth. She collected a list of things women shout during labor and plowed ahead. "I said, I'll just act it."
