"Notoriously, with all the good teams in the world on the international level, the team that fouls the most usually wins," he said. His 70 infractions lead New England's Alberto Naveda by four.

"It's part of the game. Sometimes it's a smart tactic to foul when (the opponent) has a chance to score. I know a lot of reporters say it's bad for the game, but it's a big part of the game.
